How will I know when out of stock products are back in stock?
On every product page, when a product is out of stock, you will find a small box where you can enter your email. Once you sign up, we will send you a quick note the moment the item is available again. No spam, just a friendly update.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel supported in your skin care journey. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Remedywear clothing can be returned if it is unworn and unwashed. Opened skincare is final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within one to two business days. During busy times like holidays, it may take a little longer. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We currently accept orders through our website only. If you need help checking out, our team can walk you through the process by email. Please contact us for assistance.
Where do your orders ship from?
All orders for YoRo Naturals products ship from Traverse City, Michigan. Other products will ship directly from our natural and eco minded partners located around the USA.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide, except for the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times will appear at checkout once you enter your address.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We can attempt to make changes if your order has not been processed yet, but this is never guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible. Once your package is in the shipping queue, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards along with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When are your sales and promotions?
We offer a few special promotions throughout the year, usually around long weekends and major holidays. To hear about them first, join our email list. We avoid constant discounts because our products are made with high quality ingredients and ethical manufacturing.
How do I know what size to purchase?
Each Remedywear product has a detailed size chart on the page. We also include fit notes to help you choose with confidence. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest going up for comfort, especially for kids or sleepwear.
How do I know which product will work best for my sensitive skin concerns?
You can shop by sensitive skin concern on our website. If you still need help, we are always happy to give personalized suggestions. Just send us a message with your skin type, age range, and any symptoms you are dealing with.
What is the difference between the new Manuka formula and the old one? Why is the older formula no longer available?
We've had to say goodbye to our Organic Manuka Skin Soothing Cream due to multiple factors outside of our control, including having to leave our past manufacturer. When we couldn’t recreate the exact original formula with our new manufacturer, we upgraded our ingredients to bring you the next generation of gentle, effective care for sensitive skin and an entirely new formula. It was a really hard decision, but we hope you can trust that this was truly the best way forward for you and our company.
Our new Nourish + Hydrate Manuka Balm was created to be even more soothing and more moisturizing than the previous version and is quite differen and isn't meant to be a direct replacement. It includes a richer blend of oils that are dermatologist recommended for eczema and sensitive skin, higher quality 3rd party verfied NZ manuka honey, and a probiotic that help balance the skin flora and keeps the forumla free from germs. We also removed the Manuka oil because essential oils can be irritating for the most sensitive skin and also babies.
Are your products allergy safe?
Our formulas and fabrics are made with simple, minimal ingredients chosen for sensitive skin. However, everyone is different, so we encourage you to read the full ingredient list and fabric content on each product page. If you have known allergies, feel free to reach out to us before ordering.
Do you offer samples?
At this time, we do not offer samples because our products are made in small batches and we aim to keep packaging waste low.
Are your products safe for babies and children?
Yes, our skincare and Remedywear clothing are made with sensitive and eczema prone skin in mind, including for little ones. If your child has very reactive skin, we always recommend a patch test first.
Do your products contain steroids or fragrances?
No. Our products are free of steroids and fragrances. We use only simple, effective ingredients that support sensitive skin.
