Is this the same formula as the YoRo Naturals Organic Manuka Skin Soothing Cream?

No. The Nourish + Hydrate Manuka Balm is a completely new formula.

We know how much the Organic Manuka Skin Soothing Cream meant to so many of you. When we had to change suppliers, it was not possible to recreate the exact same product. Instead of making a compromise, we chose to create something new that stays true to the original purpose while improving the formula.

Is this a replacement for the previous Organic Manuka Skin Soothing Cream?

It has replaced it, but it is not an exact replacement.

The Nourish + Hydrate Manuka Balm was thoughtfully reformulated with updated ingredients, stronger, 3rd party tested Manuka honey, and improved skin barrier support. It is designed for the same type of sensitive, eczema-prone skin, but it is a new product with a different formulation.

Why was the original manuka honey cream formula changed?

When YoRo Naturals changed suppliers, the original formula of our manuka honey cream could not be reproduced exactly.

This gave us the opportunity to upgrade the formula using ingredients that are more aligned with what dermatologists recommend today for sensitive and eczema-prone skin, while still staying true to our minimalist, clean, natural formulas.

What’s different about the new manuka balm?

Several ingredients were upgraded to better support the skin:

• High oleic sunflower oil replaces olive oil
  Chosen because it helps support the skin barrier and is often better tolerated by sensitive skin.
• Camellia seed oil replaces grapeseed oil
  A lightweight oil that helps hydrate while calming the skin.
• Stronger Manuka honey
  Now using UMF-certified Manuka honey with higher antibacterial activity.
• Lactobacillus ferment added
  Helps support a balanced skin microbiome and reduce irritation linked to bacteria imbalance.
• Essential oils removed
  The Manuka essential oil was removed to make the formula even gentler.

Will it feel the same on my skin?

The texture is slightly different because it is now a balm instead of a cream. Our new balm is still:
